Requirements Degree holder in Architectural Environment Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a university degree in construction and sustainability related fields. Minimum 3+ years of postgraduate experience in the field of LEED/sustainability consultancy. Familiarity with LEED or other green building certification processes. LEED AP or other green building professional certificate holder is preferred. Computer literate with experience of industry design software such as CAD, Dialux. Experience with building energy modelling software such as eQuest and IES VE would be a distinct advantage. General knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical, plumbing systems and other building systems would be an advantage. Good written and spoken English skills. Responsibilities Work autonomously a lot of the time, with limited supervision from senior engineers, and be highly motivated to achieve the required level of quality and work. Report directly to a senior engineer and work to achieve satisfactory conclusions in a results‑driven organization. Guide internal and external project teams to comply with LEED requirements throughout all project stages, including design, construction, commissioning, handover, and post‑occupant phases. The role is generally office‑based but may require occasional travel to sites for meetings. Maintain good relationships and communication with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of the industry and relevant standards. Complete other tasks related to MEP design, testing and commissioning, etc., during project busy periods.
