For further information about the Association, please visit its website at Responsibilities Leading the service quality team; Leading strategic planning initiatives for quality improvement by setting quality objectives aligned with organisational goals; Managing data collection, analysis, and reporting to track key performance indicators for service quality; Providing guidance and training to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices; Coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, compliance assessments, and corrective action plans; complaint handling and investigation; Reporting on quality performance, complaint trends, and investigation outcomes to senior leadership and recommending strategic improvements. Requirements Minimum of 5 years working experience in program monitoring, quality assurance, or service quality management, especially in the rehabilitation services sector. Bachelor’s degree in social work. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for coaching, mentoring, and building positive working relationships across departments. Work location: Tai Po.
