Job Description Job Responsibilities Conduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotation, purchase order, tendering, and contract award in accordance with the procurement manual. Maintain comprehensive procurement records. Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users. Ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time. Monitor supplier performance and conduct relevant surveys. Report to Senior Procurement Officer; and Perform any other duties assigned. Job Requirements Preferably degree holder in procurement/business or related disciplines. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement. Preferably with experience in handling invoices and order follow-up. Preferably with experience in executing and reviewing the quality control for goods receipt. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of SAP system is a preference. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word. Good command of Chinese and English.
