Join us at Spatial Concept and make a difference Responsibilities Lead the creation of innovative concept designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry trends. Develop and optimize spatial layouts to enhance functionality and aesthetics Oversee the progression from concept to detailed design, selecting appropriate materials and finishes Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating design ideas and project updates Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Prepare and deliver compelling presentation materials to effectively convey design concepts to clients Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tendering and construction purposes Oversee site activities to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained during construction Qualifications A passion for design and creative Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or relevant disciplines Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate interior design Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage Benefits Attractive compensation package Supportive working environment Friendly, respectful, and collaborative atmosphere Opportunities for professional growth and development Discover how you can be part of our creative journey.
