Executive Officer in the CityUHK Academy of Innovation (Ref. R/282/25) Develop and implement strategies to promote CityUHK Academy of Innovation (CAI) and its programmes, enhance CAI’s image, and support student recruitment; Create bilingual (Chinese and English) marketing communication materials - including videos, brochures, presentations, website, and social media content; Plan and execute promotional activities, and support in event management; Organise and coordinate seminars, lectures, visits, and alumni engagement activities; Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty members, university departments, and business partners, to ensure smooth operations of CAI programmes; Liaise with industry partners to establish collaborations and innovation activities with CAI; Assist with other CAI programmes and undertake additional duties or projects as assigned. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of solid post‑qualification experience in related areas of work; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); Confident presentation skills with excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills across different levels of stakeholders (e.g. students, business partners, faculty members); Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively; Attention to detail with strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written test. Salary and Conditions of Service Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed‑term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
