Job Overview Perform the full spectrum of HR functions and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview arrangements, contract preparation and onboarding orientation. Key Responsibilities Support all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, MPF, medical administration and maintain staff data in HRIS. Prepare regular HR reports for management review. Assist with insurance renewals, medical claims, work injury cases and staff engagement activities. Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements Higher diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 3 years solid experience in Human Resources field. Well‑versed with HK Employment Ordinance. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Well‑organized, responsible and a strong team player. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
