Position Summary:

As a Solutions Architect, it is required to help our clients use AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and gain insights into human interactions. The Architect is a key role that requires a dynamic team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals ready to face the risk of business process disruption. The Architect needs to be experienced in using advanced technologies to solve complex business problems. The Architect will also receive a competitive compensation package and exceptional growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design software solutions using the company's AI products to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Examine current system architecture and work with client business and technical staff to recommend solutions that will result in more efficient systems.
  • Conduct and lead technical discussions with the client's IT department to ensure that the company's AI products can be reliably and securely deployed into the client's environment.
  • Understand and mitigate the risks of third party software and modules that will be encountered in the solution design.
  • Evaluate and decide what frameworks, platforms and technology stacks should be used for specific solution designs.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant competitive products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and software development processes.
  • Good understanding of business processes and solutions.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking, good presentation and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and organized.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and investigate technical issues.
