Responsibilities Provide support in quality assurance process in the examination development and administration of various professional examinations. Assist in managing the examination question bank and record keeping systems. Liaise with subject matter experts in the validation of examination items. Assist in preparing management reports in relation to exam performance. Provide support in the administration of exam registration. Coordinate examination delivery to maintain the proper conduct of examinations. Assist in processing and resolving examination irregularities and complaints. Provide support in the enhancement of operational policies, procedures and guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements A recognized degree in finance, banking, accounting or relevant disciplines. At least 3 years’ experience at supervisory level preferably in professional bodies and education-related sectors. Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks independently. Project management skill with the ability to work within tight deadline. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. Skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered for the post of Senior Officer.
