Mobile Insurance Specialist – Hong Kong Business Join HSBC as a Mobile Insurance Specialist – Hong Kong Business and help deliver mobile‑first wealth and retail banking solutions. We offer a dynamic career path where you can make a real impression and grow with HSBC. Responsibilities Identify and capture insurance business opportunities, focusing on Hong Kong target customers. Develop and retain quality relationships; manage individual insurance portfolios and maintain regular contact with Premier mainland customers to ensure satisfaction and persistency. Engage end‑to‑end insurance service including needs identification, solution recommendation, application fulfilment, and follow‑up. Provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to meet Premier customers’ protection needs. Establish effective working relationships with other branches and partners to deliver consistent service standards. Build and maintain a positive team culture through quality referrals, skill sharing and product knowledge. Maintain compliance with HSBC guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements, and meet HSBC standards and procedures. Remarks Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories. Qualifications – External Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business or related discipline. Rich experience in understanding clients’ needs and providing life insurance solutions, especially to mainland clients and Banc assurance. Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge and sales capabilities. Insurance licences (HK Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1,7,8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Papers 1,2,3,5) and compliance with CPD requirements. Good English reading and writing; fluent Mandarin required.
