Responsibilities Provide first‑level help desk support services to internal users and deliver technical solutions to back‑office and storefront end‑users. Perform desktop and server installation, maintenance, data backups, and troubleshooting. Handle IT hardware and software procurement and deployment; maintain inventory records and software licenses. Support maintenance and implement security controls related to computer hardware, servers, software, systems, networks, and security issues. Provide system support for Office 365, VMware, Veeam, Windows Active Directory, Windows Server, websites, mobile application management, and POS systems. Provide network support for firewalls, switches, and VPNs. Oversee technical aspects of a multi‑site enterprise‑level VMware server farm, including planning, implementation/expansion, relocation, and maintenance. Execute routine IT system activities, including daily system health and security checks, backup operations, and other data center tasks. Perform IT tasks according to established procedures and documentation; support IT project implementation; and carry out other duties as assigned. Provide technical support and arrangements for new store openings and store revamps. Requirements Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience with virtualization platforms, storage systems, and administration of Polycom devices or Cisco routers, switches, and network cabling is an advantage. Professional certifications in related technologies are a plus. Preferably experienced in at least two of the following: Microsoft Outlook, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Local Area Network, enterprise data backup software, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft operating systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
