Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR for a Director of Remote Sensing Systems Integration. The Director will oversee the integration of LiDAR satellite systems and ensure smooth operations of remote sensing projects. Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, managing large‑scale system integration projects, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to presales efforts. The role requires a strong leadership presence, analytical decision‑making, and the ability to drive strategies to successfully deliver innovative climate solutions. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical and project data effectively. Expertise in system integration and related processes. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage large‑scale integration projects. Proven track record of effective team leadership and collaboration across diverse teams. Experience in presales, including stakeholder engagement and delivering technical presentations. Strong technical background in remote sensing, satellite technologies, or related fields is highly desirable. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with relevant professional experience.
