Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual alignment across all internal and external marketing channels. Campaign Development Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations for smooth campaign execution. Digital Marketing Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization. Stay current on digital trends and leverage AI and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and ROI. Market Expansion Identify opportunities for geographic and demographic expansion through consumer insights and market intelligence. Support business development by designing and executing targeted outreach campaigns in alignment with sales goals. Budget Management Manage the marketing budget efficiently with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness. Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics; use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve performance. Reporting Generate and present regular marketing performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Maintain dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, lead generation, brand visibility, and digital engagement. Ensure transparency and alignment on all marketing initiatives through timely and accurate reporting. Collaboration and Leadership Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments (e.g., sales, regulatory, product development) to ensure cohesive execution of business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the consumer healthcare or pharma/FMCG sectors. Strong grasp of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards. Proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and digital platforms.
