Regional IT Lead - IT Infrastructure (Senior Manager Level) Are you a seasoned IT Infrastructure leader ready to shape and drive a regional technology landscape? We are looking for a Senior Manager / Lead - IT Infrastructure to take ownership of our enterprise IT environment across Asia regions (8+ countries), ensuring stability, scalability, security, and compliance. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and a forward-looking mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the regional IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives. Oversee networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance. Lead IT Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance teams. Drive innovation, process improvements, and KPI performance Partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors Requirements Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, preferably in regional or enterprise environments. Strong hands-on knowledge of: Network infrastructure Servers & storage Virtualization & cloud technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills Regional experience in APAC is a strong advantage Exposure to AI-related projects from an infrastructure standpoint will be an advantage.
