Job Description Job Responsibilities Assist supervisor in planning and organizing events, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns related to agency recruitment activities. Proactively support creative recruitment strategies by penetrating various markets to achieve KPIs. Prepare tracking reports to analyze MCI recruitment trends and performance. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and technicians for event arrangements and premium design; communicate with branding, legal, and compliance teams for output materials. Provide support on team administration, reports, and event logistics such as payments, incentive reimbursements, stock records, and office administration. Maintain social media channels, branding, and promotion. Produce professional event proposals, timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports. Support ad-hoc projects as needed. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree holder. Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience. Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese, and English. Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills. Driven, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
