Reservations Manager/Assistn Reservations Manager We are looking forward an experienced Reservations Manager to work in our Hotel. Job Responsibilities Assist the Revenue Manager in supervision and manage overall operation procedures of reservations department. Ensure that all reservation team members and the day to day operation is running smoothly and efficiently. Manage and control the room inventory and the critical periods. Prepare and update the daily room availability and reports to concerned departments. Conduct training and coaching to subordinate(s) so as to improve the efficiency of the service in handling reservations. To raise awareness of the close‑out dates while the critical booking situation exists, take appropriate actions to update the status in the hotel system and sales. Prepare various reports for regular meetings. Well communicate with Front Office and closely monitor the development of forecasted occupancy on a daily basis and act accordingly to ensure maximum occupancy at an average room rate in line with the budget. Requirements Diploma or above holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel reservations. Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills. Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and proficient in Mandarin. Familiar with computer software and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; practical experience in Opera System would be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Manager. We offer attractive remuneration package and opportunity to work in a fun and interactive environment.
