Manager/Senior Manager, Retirement Services (Business Development, MPF and ORSO) Our Marketing Department is currently looking for high caliber candidates to join. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans to drive retirement product (MPF and ORSO) distribution through various channels. Coordinate business development activities and marketing events for MPF and ORSO to achieve sales goals and profitability. Conduct market analysis and prepare market information and statistical reports to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights. Deliver high‑quality pre‑ and post‑sales support to distributors and clients, ensuring excellent service, close relationships and long‑term satisfaction. Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to senior management. Arrange training sessions for distributors to deepen product expertise and enhance customer engagement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline. Minimum four years of relevant sales or business development experience in banks or financial services institutions. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior‑level position. In‑depth knowledge of MPF and ORSO regulations and market practices. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels. Possession of SFC Type 4 and MPF licenses is required; CFP or other relevant certifications are preferred. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
