Major Accountabilities Review Corporate investor documentations according to Company’s KYC standard and applicable regulatory requirements. Review Corporate investor documents according to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) / the Common Report Standard (CRS). Perform Sanctions, PEP and Adverse Media / Negative News screenings using World-Check System. Provide an outstanding list of Corporate KYC documents required based on the client’s structure and communicate with the client. Process subscription, redemption and transfer transaction. Preparing the series of share issuing, redemption and dividend payment. Identify, assess, deal with the Corporate Investor KYC issues and escalate to Compliance Manager / Head of Investor Services for concerned matter. Ensure timely, complete and accurate documentation review for all corporate clients’ KYC checking (including individual, corporate or other type of investors). Update all daily checking, risk assessment internal record. Perform periodic reviews for the investors. Providing Corporate KYC advise to other departments if necessary. Handle ad-hoc tasks when required. Ideal Background Education: University degree holder in Finance or related discipline Experience: Minimum 1-2 years or above relevant experience of Corporate KYC/AML/FATCA/CRS in financial institutions. Knowledge of HK or relevant Corporate KYC/AML regulatory requirements for on-boarding customer. Knowledge of PFS-PAXUS is highly preferable. Compliance related qualification (e.g. Cert of Fund Admin, ACAMS) is an advantage. Self‑motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
