Possess a deep understanding of social media design trends and preferences within the Web3 and financial sectors , creating high-engagement visual content tailored for platforms like X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram. Product UI/UX & Interaction Design Be responsible for establishing and continuously optimizing the overall visual style, interaction details, and design system for the trading platform (Web, H5, App). Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to translate complex trading features (such as order book on-chain, MLP staking, points system) into intuitive and fluid user interfaces . Motion Graphics & Virtual Video Production Skillfully utilize animation and video skills to produce product demos, brand promotional videos, social media short-form videos, and AI avatar videos . Be proficient in using AI video tools like HeyGen and Synthesia , potentially combined with Unreal Engine or After Effects , for the efficient production of high-quality virtual video content. Proactively explore and apply AI design tools for concept exploration, asset generation, copywriting assistance, and design workflow optimization, significantly enhancing design efficiency and creative possibilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above with a major in marketing, business, media, finance, AI or a related field. Experience & Affinity: 5+ years of brand design experience, combined with being an avid social media user who is familiar with and passionate about researching visual trends and design conventions on platforms like X and Discord. Software Proficiency: UI/Interaction: Proficiency in Figma . Graphic/Imagery: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator . Video/Animation: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro ; familiarity with 3D design is a plus. AI Tools: Proficiency in AI image generation tools like Midjourney and the ability to efficiently integrate their output into workflows. Motion & Video Skills: Possess outstanding motion design capabilities and hands‑on experience using tools like HeyGen to create virtual avatar videos , able to transform complex financial concepts into vivid and easy‑to‑understand video content. Mindset: Excellent communication skills, product thinking, and user empathy, with the ability to comprehend complex business requirements and design for them. Experience in Securities and Futures / Funds /Trading / LP is a plus; ability to learn quickly and be flexible; Fluent in Chinese and English, with brand internationalization sense, able to deliver solutions in both Chinese and English, adapt to cross‑departmental collaboration and communication; Immediate available is preferred. Bonus Points For A strong interest and basic understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, or traditional finance. Experience in building or maintaining a design system from 0 to 1.
