Responsibilities As a designer, you are the bridge between our users and our products. Your expertise in crafting clear, concise, and accurate content builds trust with our users and transforms complex product features into intuitive, easy‑to‑understand experiences. You will foster relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including Technology, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization. Responsible for the product UI/UX design, including the development and refining of front‑end and back‑end UI such as UX copy, emails, push notifications, release notes, and product documentation. Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define screen designs, design guidelines, and design specs. Define and drive the user experience strategy and design solutions for a set of products based on usability, intuitiveness, consistency, business goals and time to market. Manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented. Support Design Researchers techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behavior and verify design concepts. Coordinate with global product development teams and front‑end developers to ensure the project meets its purposes and strategic objectives. Provide UI/UX design for business needs and be able to present it by leveraging visualization tools. Ensure UI/UX and visual design communicates clearly, is on brand, and delights users. Develop and maintain design style guides and design patterns. Explore emerging UI/UX capabilities that can be used for our product iterations. Improve user interaction and interface within an Accessibility framework. Requirements Degree holder in Web, Graphic Design, Multi‑Media, Interface Design, Visual Art, Communications or related discipline. Minimum three years of experience in Graphic / Web / Interaction / UX/UI Design with at least one demonstrated design scheme, familiar with the Financial / AI / IT industry is preferable. Proficient in UI/UX and interaction design with keen eye for branding, visual design, and user interface design and understanding of user‑centered design process. Proficiency in UI/UX Software (Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Zeplin). Excellent understanding of UI design principles and methodologies, content framework especially on business‑use UI/UX. Design intuitive, valuable and high quality concepts, wireframes, prototypes and visual design across the entire customer journey. Be able to understand and think from the perspective of overall products, and design by focusing on product details. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design rationale. Be passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation. Ability to understand detailed complex requirements to design elegant solutions for complicated processes. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
