Vice President, Legal (OTC Derivatives / Global Markets, Legal Counsel) Founded in 1988, the KGI Group is a multi‑faced, pan‑Asian financial services group that prides itself on integrity, professionalism, prudence and security. Responsibilities Draft, negotiate and review legal documents for OTC derivatives, structured products, debt financing and syndicated loan transactions. Advise on contractual arrangements such as NDAs and trading platform agreements such as ESAs. Assess legal risks in DCM and structured finance transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Liaise with external counsel when necessary. Requirements A qualified lawyer from Hong Kong or England. Minimum 5‑8 years of experience in legal or financial services. Strong working knowledge and experience in OTC derivatives, structured products, DCM/structured finance and syndicated loan transactions. Familiarity with securities and futures regulations and experience dealing with relevant regulators. Detail‑oriented with high accuracy. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
