About the client

Our Client is one of the world’s leading law firms. They advise large organisations across the globe With a large team, global presence and network, they are at the heart of the new global business landscape providing premium quality, full-service legal advice. 

They are looking for a Paralegal to join their Hong Kong office. You will be supporting the Corporate partners and associates on the implementation of transaction, tasks will include transaction, process and document management; business development support; and document drafting.

Requirements

• An excellent academic record, strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are also required to be effective in this role;
• Previous internship/work experience in verification, due diligence interviews in IPOs / an interest in initial public offerings and listings and public company M&A;
• An ability to deliver excellent client service that includes excellent administrative skills, ability to communicate well in oral and written form, driven to deliver work promptly, sets themselves challenging goals and resilient in achieving them;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required (spoken and written);
• Flexible approach to working hours
