  • Manage day-to-day office operations, oversee and actively manage daily operations to enhance efficiency and productivity including coordination of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, assist with basic financial tasks, and coordinate events effectively
  • Support human resource functions, including onboarding of new hires, employee record management, and coordination of training sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., finance, marketing, and product teams) to ensure operational alignment.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the Hong Kong office and global locaters

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in operations and finance; preferably having experience in start-ups family offices/asset management
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin (full professional proficiency) is required as you’ll be engaging with senior stakeholders from the most complex China-based clients.
