Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the development of strategic and tactical solutions in the client onboarding and maintenance platforms with business partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of the transformation strategy and ensure the strategy aligns with the business objectives and desired outcome.
  • Establish project scope and define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups. Perform business analysis, user story preparation, determine workflow and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades.
  • Manage and undertake end-to-end project tasks from feasibility study, requirement analysis/documentation, and UAT management (including UAT test script) to implementation support.
  • Evaluate project performance post-implementation and resolve any production issues together with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for mapping out project timeline and path to execution.
  • Track projects and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Preparation of project communication materials including but not limited to status updates and steering committee presentations.
  • Responsible for communication to all stakeholders on status and timeline.
  • Manage and reconcile conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders. Responsible for escalation when required.

 

Requirements

 • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT or related disciplines.

  • At least 7 years of experience in project management or product development, covering internal enterprise software solutions or client-facing applications.
  • Experienced gained from either Retail / Private Banking or Wealth Management, especially in the banking domain is an advantage.
  • Experience in Client Onboarding, KYC & AML domain and related subjects is a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis and exposure to Data quality management frameworks and concepts is a plus.
  • Big picture thinkers but can speak to technical details.
  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated with a solution-focused mindset and an ability to work well and deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics effectively at all levels of management and across different business functions.
  • Experience in Agile development practice is a plus.
