Job Responsibilities：

1. Complete personal performance targets, work around various KPI indicators to achieve the balance between process management, client base and revenue indicators.

2. Lead and manage team in client development and maintenance, bringing in new AUM/revenue to the firm.

3. Keep track of the global market trends and major events, understand the current selling points and business strategy, maintain target clients and achieve both personal and team’s performance goals through standard business actions.

4. Focus on client’s daily service to provide professional and compliant suggestions, make sure clients' wealth management and asset allocation needs be fully harnessed on the basis of the appropriate principle.

5. Participate in internal/external training, online/offline marketing activities actively for professional and client service ability improvement.

 

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Finance or relative major preferred.

2. At least 5 years of wealth management experience with solid financial and sales ability, strong interest in wealth management industry, and understanding of different financial market products.

3. Honest, positive, able to work under pressure, strong client service and learning abilities, with a decent self-motivation and teamwork sprits.

4. Fluent written and spoken both Chinese and English.

5. SFC and/or HKMA license holder.
