Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Focus on monitoring credit fundamentals of non-China issuers in the USD bond market, proactively providing credit risk alerts, and maintaining close communication within the investment team;
  2. Synthetically analyze market dynamics, sector trends, and issuer credit profiles to identify potential investment opportunities and provide well-developed investment recommendations to assist positioning across portfolios;
  3. Assist in fine-tuning the in-house credit rating system, refining credit assessment standards, and systematically maintaining and optimizing the investment universe;
  4. Support ad-hoc projects/assignments relevant to fixed income investment.

Requirements

  1. Master’s degree or higher holder in Economics, Finance, Business or other related disciplines;
  2. At least 1-year research experience in covering non-China credit in the USD bond market;
  3. Demonstrable logical thinking, nimbleness and quick learning capability;
  4. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English;
  5. Past experiences of covering US domestic credit market is an advantage;
  6. Familiarity with international rating agencies’ methodologies is a plus.
