My client is a Global Insurance company with proven growth record and currently going through a big transformation program.

We are seeking for an insurance professional with proven record in driving sales strategy and guiding insurance agents. This candidate will sit with the business strategy team and play a major role in the profitability of the company.

This candidate will be responsible in the acceleration of sales and profit within the health product, understanding what is needed to enable agents and other partners to successfully sell the products and developing relevant cross sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agency Sales Enablement and Driving Strategy within Health Insurance
  • Proven record in developing and delivering measurable results in a fast paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Healthcare industry is an advantage

This role is a permanent role for a group level - candidates with global project exposure is an advantage.
