Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master

Our client, a leading Property MNC, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a senior business analyst and scrum master. In this role, this person will drive agile transformation and ensure smooth delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
  • Execute UAT to support project roll-out
  • Liaise with business users, vendor, and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
  • Provide weekly status updates with technical details to IT operation teams
  • Provide business and functional analysis to determine if a solution has fulfilled the business and operational needs
  • Facilitate Scrum Events and remove impediments to project delivery
  • Promote collaboration among teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in enterprise-level projects, especially in Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Experience in driving agile practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
