Job Description:
- Develop and execute robust quality assurance strategies to enhance network reliability and performance.
- Lead and mentor a quality assurance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Define and implement key performance indicators to measure and improve network quality.
- Apply data analytics for regular network assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve network issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Initiate and manage continuous improvement processes for network optimization.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate emerging technologies into quality assurance practices.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and analytics within the team.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the mobile network industry, with a focus on 4G/5G technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, IOS, Linux, and Sun Solaris operating systems.
- Familiarity with SQL, web programming, and Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven expertise in formulating and applying quality assurance strategies for network infrastructure.
- Competent in managing projects and overseeing various initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable in big data technologies and their application in network analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage.
