Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, have exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role requires relocation to the Philippines and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents as required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with planning and executing special projects and initiatives led by the executives.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues proactively and provide solutions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in a multinational environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to the Philippines for the job and adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
