The University now invites application for the following position:

Registry - Executive Assistant
(Ref: EA (REG)(SRAU) 2025-03-21)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in student visa applications;
  • Liaise with applicants and the Immigration Department;
  • Perform general administrative duties of the Registry.

Applicants Should

  • Possess a higher diploma or an associate degree qualification or above;
  • Have good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Be organised, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently.

The appointee is expected to assume duty in May 2025 and the employment is on a 4-month contract. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
