Butler Supervisor

The vertical estate on the majestic harbour, Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking intuitive, engaging, and impassioned Associates to embark on a Rosewood Journey with us.

• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, prioritize, organize, and follow up.
• Understand a guest's service needs and ensure that the guest is informed by the butler about action taken to satisfy requests or issues.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team and maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• With the help of the Director of Butler Services, train the butlers and coordinators, and conduct ongoing training with existing associates.
• Promote positive guest relations at all times and build rapport with internal and external guests to enhance the recognition program.
• Monitor closely all expenses and inventories, keeping a record of each item in the Butler department.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese is essential.
• Proven managerial abilities in people management and decision making.
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
