Program Features

The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is a comprehensive and fast-track program designed to recruit future talents majoring in Engineering, Energy, and/or Environmental Management. The goal is to develop them into professionals and leaders to take up critical positions within the organization and society.

During the 2-year program, the Graduate Trainees will receive substantial training and job rotation to acquire job-related skills and knowledge, including:

• Project Tendering & Execution
• Product Marketing & Price Management
• Channel Development & Selling
• Engineering Services & Advisory
• Electrical Substation Design, Digital Solution & Implementation
• Customer Services & Quality Management

Your Exposure

The Graduate Trainees will participate in several projects across core business units, gaining experience in up-to-date 33/11kV/380V Power Distribution Systems, industrial Internet of Things (iIoT) applications, modern electrical product technology, and reliable automation applications. They will also explore the latest technology developments in Energy Internet and support the execution of iIoT digitalization trial projects while developing commercial skills and reliable automation applications.

Our experienced mentors will provide structured guidance and support throughout the program to facilitate the development of the Trainees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Engineering, Energy, or Environmental Management
• Great team players with strong leadership potential
• Passionate, innovative thinkers with a desire to influence and drive change in the industry
• Creative with a strong passion for technology
• Embrace new technology and digital environments
• Good communication skills and a high initiative to take up challenges
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Selection Process:

• Online Application: Mid of Jan – Mar 2025
• Assessment and Group Interview: Mar – Apr 2025
• Final Interview: Apr – May 2025
