Lead - IT Security Administration

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with SI and internal auditors to lead the establishment of access management, operations principals and practice for the new Oracle platform.
  2. Work with external/internal security experts and key stakeholders to define, maintain and review security admin policy.
  3. Work with security architects, SI and functional teams to ensure security risks are addressed, granted permission are properly authorized, and to draw up permission setup and testing plan in coping with project plan.
  4. Lead to set security standards and ensure sufficient controls are in place to enforce standards.
  5. Provide report of permission assignment across various application system to facilitate information owner to conduct regular review.
  6. Identify potential risks in ERP Applications (such as Oracle) and propose risk mitigation solutions, conducting bi-monthly ERP administrative account review.
  7. Maintain a single view on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Senior Analyst – Network Security

Responsibilities

  1. Participate in redesigning the infrastructure architecture for on-premise systems to transition to a Cloud-friendly architecture compatible with ERP solution, covering the design of high availability, disaster recovery, data protection, monitoring and migration approach.
  2. Configure network set up for secure access and information flow across ERP and its integration systems.
  3. Perform content monitoring/filtering of firewalls, intrusion prevention, network authentication, remote access and enterprise anti-virus solution in accordance with cyber security standard.
  4. As supervised by the Architect – Network and Security to ensure compliance with all architecture directions and standards across the ERP and its integrating systems.
  5. Work with Cyber Security Architect to design incident/emergency response guidelines/systems against events leading to breakdown such as hacking, system errors, performance drop, etc.
  6. Create documentation for all security products or measures installed in ERP project.
  7. Incorporate new ERP to the operation service management processes.

Senior Engineer - IT Security Administration

Responsibilities

  1. Active participation in drawing up the access management and operations principals and practice for the new Oracle platform.
  2. Under the supervision of the Lead – IT Security Admin to work with external/internal security experts and key stakeholders to define, maintain and review security admin policy.
  3. Work with security architects, SI and functional teams to ensure security risks are minimized, granted permission are properly authorized, and to coordinate the testing coping with project plan.
  4. Enforce security standards and ensure sufficient controls are in place to enforce standards.
  5. Provide report of permission assignment across various application system to facilitate information owner to conduct regular review.
  6. Identify potential risks in ERP Applications (such as Oracle) and propose risk mitigation solutions, conducting bi-monthly ERP administrative account review.

Job Requirements

Lead - IT Security Administration

Requirements

  1. A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. 5-8 years' IT security experience in supporting large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) access management and operation.
  3. Experience in the deployment of IAM, audit monitoring, and security control.
  4. Certification of ITIL, Oracle Cloud or Azure Cloud preferred.
  5. Strong team management skill.
  6. Able to enforce the corporate IT security policy and IT services management standard.
  7. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and detail minded.
  8. Able to adapt and work with colleagues from different functions with different business needs.

Senior Analyst – Network Security

Requirements

  1. A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. At least 4-6 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  3. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies OS/database/network, knowledge of cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
  4. Prior experience in cloud ERP/cloud project experience preferred.
  5. Experience in network Denial of Service defense/avoidance/protection.
  6. Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional technical solution delivery experience.
  7. Hands-on experience for Oracle Cloud or Azure Cloud implementation preferred.
  8. Experience in the deployment of IAM, audit monitoring, network, encryption and security control in Azure or Oracle cloud solution is an advantage.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, self-driven, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  10. Good interpersonal and communication skills (detail oriented).
  11. Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning.
  12. Proactive, performance driven and results oriented.

Senior Engineer - IT Security Administration

Requirements

  1. A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
