In this role you'll have direct access to the founders and work alongside them on a daily basis.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a "smart and gets things done" DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team and help manage and grow a suite of systematic strategies that trades tens of billions of dollars a month.

You will play a crucial role in helping to build, monitor, debug, and maintain the infrastructure behind our trading strategies. As a result, you will also have a direct and measurable impact on P&L and commensurately share in the upside of the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. 1+ years of full time technical experience, ideally in DevOps roles
  2. Experience administering Linux systems; intimate familiarity on the command line
  3. Python 3.9+
  4. Git and GitHub
  5. PostgreSQL (especially with query performance tuning)
  6. Solid grasp of best practices in security principles
  7. Deep understanding of AWS products (EC2, VPC, VGW, RDS)
  8. Network / routing
  9. Latency testing
  10. Strong written and verbal English language skills
  11. Love of Rust

Nice to Haves

  1. Have experience in a quantitative trading firm (either tradfi or crypto native)
  2. Have experience coding own trading strategies
  3. Ability to use Github or other source control management to understand code diffs
  4. Experience and understanding of the various major crypto exchanges
