Desktop Publisher

Job Title: Desktop Publisher (1-year ongoing renewal contract)

Company: An International Investment Bank

Location: Hong Kong

Job Duties:

• To perform Desktop Publishing works in laying out research following house standard and using a house system for workflow and distribution
• Coordinate with analysts, research assistants, editors and DTPs in the region including alliances to complete research in a timely manner

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of desktop publishing experience
• Proficiency in computer operation including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be value-added
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Detail-oriented and well-organised
• Quick learner
• Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work overtime and cover public holidays in rotations

Working Hours:

• 16:30-00:30, 5 days per week (may also require to work on public holidays occasionally to cover other regions)
