Menu Introduction: Introduce the menu to customers and explain the dishes and ingredients.Taking Orders: Take customer's orders and ensure accuracy.Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to customers, providing professional knowledge and making recommendations based on customer preferences.Understanding Customer Needs: Understand what customers want and provide excellent dining service accordingly.Maintaining the VIP Lounge: Keep the VIP lounge clean and tidy, and handle its daily operations.介紹菜單、下單並提供餐飲服務具備對餐飲的專業知識,並根據顧客需求作出推薦了解顧客需求並提供優質餐飲服務維持貴賓室整潔和日常運作 skills & experiences required
Applicants must be at least 18 years oldGraduates (hospitality major) are welcome to applyPriority will be given to candidates with experience in catering, fine dining restaurants, hotels, VIP lounges, airports, or related positionsFluent communication skills in English and Cantonese are required, and knowledge of Mandarin is preferredCandidates should possess qualities such as teamwork, customer orientation, friendliness, helpfulness, and a cheerful dispositionShift work is required, and candidates must be willing to work overtime in the event of flight delaysCandidates with additional relevant experience may be considered for supervisory or higher positions合法於香港受僱必須年滿18歳中五畢業或以上或持有酒店/餐飲或相關學科文憑者優先,歡迎畢業生申請具餐飲、高級餐廳、酒店、貴賓室、機場或相關職位的工作經驗者優先具流利英話及廣東話溝通能力,懂普通話者為佳具備團隊合作精神、顧客導向、親切活潑、樂於助人的性格需要輪班工作,願意於航班延誤時超時工作如應徵者具更多相關經驗可考慮至主管或以上職位
