Participate in court hearingsCreate and compose legal paperwork for debt recovery and judgement enforcementMonitor the advancement of civil proceedingsEvaluate, draft, and translate legal and other forms of documentationComplete other assigned & experiences required.Possess a Diploma in Legal Studies or an equivalent qualificationHave a minimum of three years of relevant legal experience in a law firm settingDemonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and ChinesePossess strong communication and listening skills and be willing to express oneself
