Data Product Owner, this role would involve overseeing the development and management of data products within Data and API platform in AXA HK.

Key Responsibility

Define the vision and strategy for data products with team members, aligning with business objectives and stakeholders needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize data product features based on business value and impact. Closely work with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, API integrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality data products. Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring the timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Champion data quality initiatives to ensure the reliability and integrity of data products. Communicate product vision, progress, and key insights to stakeholders and senior leadership. Evaluate and measure the success of data products, utilizing data analytics and key performance indicators.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, business administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in data-intensive environments on Insurance or FSI domains. Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data lifecycle management. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in leading Agile teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver successful data products. Familiarity with data technologies, data visualization tools, and data analysis techniques. Certification in product management, Agile, or relevant fields is a plus.
