Job Descriptions
Manage, collect, integrate and analyse online reporting data from multiple sources including web analytics, ad-servers, and other sources to draw conclusion and formulate suitable social strategy for clientsLead the development process of social media strategies from concept to screen and execute them to perfectAdvise on digital marketing strategy including display advertising, SEM, SEO, mobile, social media, data, content, and emerging touchpoints and technology to achieve KPIs and targeted resultsResponsible for creating and presenting media specific documents such as social ad planning, objectives; and strategies decks, media reports, and other related functionsLead and contribute to new business development to grow business in the social and content domainAct as the subject matter expert for digital, social and creative both internally and externallyDay-to-day communication with clients on social media content strategies, planning and optimisationManage vendors to stay on top of all advances and offerings in digital mediaCollaborate with Greater China and global offices for clients’ social media strategies and implementationJob Requirements
Degree in marketing, advertising or related fields5-8 years solid working experience of implementing digital marketing/ social media campaigns for both B2B and B2C sectors including SEM, SEO and social marketingExperience with an agency and a proven track record in advising and serving leading global brands on content strategies will be seen as great advantagesExcellent knowledge of digital communications channels and their potential applications including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms (e.g. WeChat and TikTok) with good understanding of social media KPIsA self-motivator and able to work independently with excellent organisation and time management skillsA great team player who’s comfortable and effective in cross-team and cross-office collaboration to support on multi-market clients’ cultivationGood command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin; written and spoken.
