We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven LinkedIn Content Creator on behalf of our client, an innovative 3D physical product design platform. Our client empowers users to design, customize, and manufacture physical products through an intuitive web-based tool. As the company gears up for its public launch in early 2025, they're looking for a talented individual to drive awareness, engage their community, and grow their presence through compelling LinkedIn content and two weekly newsletters.

The primary goals are to raise awareness about the company, drive user sign-ups, attract top talent, and share engaging stories and insights with potential customers and investors. You will be essential in building the company's presence and establishing it as the go-to platform for 3D product design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • LinkedIn Content Creation: Develop and manage 5 LinkedIn posts per week focused on the company's mission, product innovations, and industry insights. Create engaging posts that highlight product features, share behind-the-scenes stories, and discuss business leadership and entrepreneurship.
  • Newsletter Management: Write and curate two weekly newsletters (Commerce Crunch), focusing on actionable insights, product design tips, business strategies, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content from the company. Grow the newsletter subscriber base and make it a valuable resource for entrepreneurs and product designers.
  • Storytelling & Thought Leadership: Craft compelling stories around the company's product development journey, market impact, and the founders' entrepreneurial insights to build trust with the audience.
  • Engagement & Community Growth: Actively engage with the company's LinkedIn audience by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and leveraging LinkedIn to grow the company's presence. Use the newsletters to cultivate a loyal community of entrepreneurs and designers.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the founder and design teams to create visually appealing content that showcases the company's capabilities, including product demos, feature walkthroughs, and success stories.
  • Data-Driven Content Strategy: Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine the content strategy and ensure continuous growth on LinkedIn and within the newsletters.

What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Industry experience: Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager with a focus on LinkedIn and newsletters.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging, insightful, and authentic content, with a passion for storytelling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong command of English, essential for interfacing professionally with Australia-based internal teams.
  • Newsletter Management: Experience developing and managing newsletters, including growing and nurturing a subscriber base.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with content creation tools, social media analytics, and newsletter management platforms (e.g., beehiiv, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Self-motivated: Able to work independently in a remote environment, while maintaining close collaboration with the director.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in product design, eCommerce, or technology startups.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools or the design industry.
  • Ability to produce video or graphic content to complement written work.
