Position Overview:

We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk (1 year contract) to assist our Purchasing Team with various tasks. This role involves handling sample deliveries, creating purchase orders, managing invoices, and helping teams like Production, Quality Management, R&D, and Supply Chain with material sourcing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and experience in clerical or administrative work.

 

 

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and issue POs to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
  • Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring correct matching with POs and timely submission for approval.
  • Assist the Production, Quality Management, R&D, and Supply Chain teams with all material sourcing activities and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchasing transactions, sample deliveries, and invoices.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and efficient procurement processes.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:
  • Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE)/F5 or above
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role. Experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
