What this job involves
Future Leadership Analyst
As a Future Leadership Analyst, you will play an integral role during your summer school break in helping us to prepare future-ready leaders. It includes the research and analysis work to assist us shaping the organizational roadmap for leadership capabilities. You can also support us to develop the overall career development programs to engage our people especially young generations.
Crafting Training Plans : Develop comprehensive and effective training plans with HR for managers, focussed on coaching and nurturing Gen Z team members. These plans should incorporate an understanding of the dynamics and motivation of the Gen Z workforce to foster a harmonious and engaging work environment.
Leadership Capabilities Framework & Matrix : Assist in creating a comprehensive leadership capabilities framework and matrix to guide the recruitment, promotion, and development of future-ready leaders.
Career Development Program : Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand their specific needs and incorporate them into the comprehensive career development materials and leadership framework.
Research : Conduct research on industry trends and best practices related to future proof leadership development, Gen Z engagement, and workforce development.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications.
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or any creative tools.
Demonstrated interest in talent development.
Willing to learn to work collaboratively across different teams.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Able to work with us for at least 8 weeks from May to October 2024.
