The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to handle guest comments and requests appropriately according to the standard operations procedure. He/she will also assist to executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and complete any additional tasks required by the superiors.

Salary: $75/hour
Working Hours: 8-10 working hours per day; including weekends and public holidays; depend on operation needs; less than 72 hours per month.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or general discipline
• Willing to work irregular hours, weekends and public holidays
• High adaptable to change and fast pace operations
• Service and quality oriented
• Responsible, pleasant, customer-oriented
