Our internships are designed around different career opportunities. This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

Programme highlights

As an intern, you will develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. As part of your internship, you'll gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders.

Our internship provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to secure a place on our graduate programme or a regular hire, subject to your performance and business need. A large proportion of our candidates go on to enjoy a career with us.

Corporate

Learning the risk landscape of the different global and corporate client segments Assisting in minimizing and mitigating the evolving risk landscape through risk transfer options for the clients Learning and supporting the delivery of the Aon client servicing model Participating and understanding the renewal cycle of the transfer programmes Learning the Aon Global Client Networks and the delivery of the network servicing to the global clients Assisting in the data management and operations of the programmes

Claims

Contribute to articulating value initiatives in Asia Support ongoing Claims Resolution Platform enhancements across Asia Support ongoing Enterprise Client related projects across Asia Contribute to Data & Analytics related projects across Asia Support claims target operating model initiatives in Asia

Partnership (Bancassurance / SMEs)

Develop an understanding of Aon United Learning the basics of general insurance and role as insurance broker Assist in non-client facing duties, including policy administration, document handling Support the team with Data & Analytics materials including reports, insurance summary and presentation materials Participate in projects designed to develop skills and expertise appropriate to the team Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Specialty (Essar)

To understand the basic fundamentals of professional indemnity insurance Support with clients' profile and risk exposures Data management support Research and data consolidation Compilation of collaterals for clients including presentation and reports

Specialty (Yacht)

Developing an understanding of Aon United Learning the basics of Yacht insurance and role as insurance broker Contributing to support the daily operation of the team. Opportunity to participate in monthly team meetings and regular meetings with Marine and Logistic team. Opportunity to understand the basic of Marine and Logistic insurance
