In this position, you will:

1. Legal Affairs Management 

(1) Take the lead in organizing the development of corporate legal governance plans and propose implementation plans for the "Rule of Law Mobile" construction in Hong Kong. 

(2) Develop and improve company legal management systems and regulations, and establish a legal management system. 

(3) Participate in major business negotiations and provide legal opinions or suggestions. 

(4) Participate in seminars with government regulatory agencies and provide legal opinions together with industry. 

2. Case Management 

(1) Responsible for organizing the handling of company litigation, arbitration, and other legal disputes, and coordinating the handling of major legal disputes. 

(2) Responsible for organizing the compilation, research, and analysis of typical legal disputes. 

(3) Responsible for the selection and management of legal intermediaries for company litigation. 

3. Legal Risk Management 

(1) Organize activities for identifying, analyzing, controlling, and evaluating legal risks. 

(2) Organize responses and handle company legal risk events. 

4. Compliance Management 

(1) Identify and evaluate compliance risks faced by the company, analyze changes in relevant laws and regulations related to company operations, and propose compliance and risk prevention suggestions. 

5. Contract Management 

(1) Responsible for the legal review of company contracts and establish a sound mechanism for contract performance monitoring. 

(2) Participate in major contract negotiations and assist in handling contract disputes. 

(3) Coordinate and continuously promote the optimization of digital contract management.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, with a preference for legal-related majors. 

2. Work experience: At least 8 years of work experience. 3 years or above managerial experience is highly preferred.

3. Technical background: Pass the Professional Qualification Examination for lawyers (PQE). Holding a practicing lawyer qualification in Hong Kong or the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be given priority consideration.
