Job Responsibilities:
To handle account opening, maintenance, closing data input and processing; To handle saving/ current account fund transfer and issuing/ paying cashier order; To handle cheque book application, stop payment of cheques and inward clearing cheques processing; To handle charges and tariff collection; To support audit confirmation and balance certificate issuance; To assist the Team on administrative work, include but not limited to document scanning, voucher filing and general phone-in enquiry; To follow proper procedures in compliance to local and other applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, ABC, etc.); and Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.Job Requirements:
Secondary education or above; Sound banking experience knowledge with at least 1-2 years of experience in deposits area; Fresh graduates are welcome; Good knowledge in PC (e.g. Word, Excel & Access); Good command of written and spoken English; and Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
