Act as a member of Finance Reporting team to support the regular financial closing and group reporting and ensure proper financial records are maintained and proper controls are taken in place. Deliver financial reports on a timely manner and in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and Group reporting requirements.

Job Descriptions:

Prepare regular financial closing and reporting on timely and accurate manner and in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and Group reporting requirements. Review and monitor the Sub Ledger & GL month end reconciliation process to ensure all the transactions and accounting records are properly monitored and reconciled on timely basis. Support continuous enhancement on process and controls. Support in IFRS17 day 2 items and defects fixing. Support in Future Finance Programme. Support ad-hoc reporting as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of working experience Experience in Life Insurance business is a plus Excellent command of English (written and spoken) Proficient in MS office and high proficiency in MS Excel-Knowledge in SUN Accounts Knowledge in Power BI and SAS is a plus-Knowledge of the insurance business is a plus Good communication skill to work effectively across teams/departments Good Business writing-Ability to multi-task and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities and to work independently Strong technical knowledge in controls and processes
