Our client, a luxury watches and high end jewellery company is looking to hire a senior client advisor. 

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge is selling high value branded watches like Rolex, Piguet, Patek Phillipe 
  • Liaison and negotiation with suppliers in Hong Kong.
  • Responsible for developing and executing of physical and digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining our website and basic data analysis on performance 
  • Product Photography and Photo Editing for Luxury Products

  • Act as a VIP Ambassador and present the passion for Watch & Jewelry.
  • Welcome clients and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop the VIP client base utilizing existing client details as well as new.
  • Maintain relations with existing clients while developing new clients and business.
  • Organize, plan, and schedule VIP visits, managing a schedule.
  • Provide High Jewelry advice.
  • Discuss, educate and advise on watch brands and models, as well as introduce new customers .
  • Guide the jewellery designer on the niche jewellery designs and assist on 3d models from JewelCad jewellery to Rhino and Zbrush.
  • Create product rendering by Cinema 4D with Octane render engine.
  • Utilize our CRM platform to manage and document new and existing customer relationships and interactions. Leverage the system to stay connected to customers and provide personalized experiences
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the watch industry, including market prices and conditions. Ensure you are well versed in historical pricing, watch specifications / condition / nuances for our catalog of consigned watches
  • Plan, organize and implement exhibitions
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials
  • Understand current trends in local, foreign markets and suggest new lines
  • Develop marketing strategies for S.E. Asia
  • Improve and develop relationship with customers in S.E. Asia
  • Administer effective distribution/internal transfer of merchandise to the retail stores
  • Work together with other functional managers within the country (sales, pre-sales, marketing and inside sales)
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of success in acquiring and developing Channel partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the luxury jewelry business.
  • Experience in  High End diamond and jewellery sales development experience. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Design Software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.
  • Excellent photography skill is mandatory
  • A passion for social media and content creation 
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury watches
  • Sound knowledge in Watch & Jewelry industry is a must
  • Computer skills: Corel, Photoshop, Word, Excel, web-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Hindi and English
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through; ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
  • Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
  • Strong skills on Matrix Gold, Jewel Cad, AutoCAD is required
  • Knowledge on C4D and Octane is preferred.
