Responsibilities

Collaborate with PO and business analysts to understand their requirements, goals, and processes. Conduct a detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to design and propose modern, automated, cloud native IT solutions. Translate business requirements, wireframes, and mock-ups into clear and concise technical solutions. Assist the scrum master/project manager on daily project management/agile tasks. Implement frontend interfaces or backend systems, and APIs for mobile and web applications. Collaborate with tech leads, developers, business analysts, testers, and other IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Technical expertise in the design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant applications onto Azure cloud platforms. Prepare related technical documents. Provide support and guidance to business stakeholders on IT-related matters. 
Your Profile

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT solution delivery, with at least 3 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services field. Good understanding in the insurance business model. Hands-on experience is required across following areas:Web development (ReactNative, Node, Restful API)Cloud services (Azure, Azure DevOps)Development tools (GIT, Maven, Eclipse, Jenkins)Red Hat Linux basicsAgile development modelDocker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CDWeb services (WSDL Soap, Restful) Good understanding of Azure Cloud. Self-motivated to learn and master emerging IT technologies. Good command of Cantonese, written and spoken English. Good analytical, inter-personal and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic and able to perform in stressful and challenging environment.
