Job Posting Details

The Finance Office is looking for accounting professionals with good analytical skill to assist management in the daily accounting operation. Major responsibilities include:

Checking daily accounting payables, staff and student reimbursement processes;Preparing payment vouchers for weekly Autopay, Wire Transfer and Cheque payment processing run to make timely payment; Handling budget clearance on staff budget requisitions; Handling enquiries from suppliers, user departments and students in a prompt and polite manner;Assisting in implementation / enhancement of financial systems to enhance efficiency and control for payment and staff reimbursement operations; andPerforming any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office and a good command of English and Chinese are required. The appointee should have good communication and interpersonal skills; be flexible and adaptive in a changing environment, detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated. Hands-on experience in ERP System will be an advantage. (Duration: 2 years)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
